PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL POLICY
In addition to the above, Clients/Participants may choose to make payment upon arrival under the following conditions:
- Booking & Ticket Issuance
Clients/Participants will receive a booking confirmation and travel ticket once the reservation is made.
After the ticket has been created and issued, the booking is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of changes or cancellations made by the Client/Participant. - Payment Guarantee
To secure and guarantee the booking, Clients/Participants are required to provide a valid screenshot of the hotel booking (or other relevant accommodation confirmation).
This screenshot must be submitted to YKExplore within the time frame specified in the booking confirmation. - Settlement of Payment
Full payment must be made directly upon arrival at the designated meeting point or destination, in accordance with the agreed amount stated in the booking confirmation.
Acceptable methods of payment upon arrival include cash, transfer, Card or other available payment facilities as confirmed by YKExplore. - Non-Refundable Condition
By confirming a reservation and accepting the ticket issued, Clients/Participants fully agree that the booking is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, changes of schedule, or inability to travel. - Failure to Provide Proof
In the event that the Client/Participant fails to provide the required screenshot of the hotel booking within the specified time frame, YKExplore reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further obligation. - If the Client/Participant selects the Payment Upon Arrival option, the Client/Participant acknowledges and agrees that such option is strictly subject to the availability of tickets on the date of the scheduled trip, particularly with respect to entrance tickets for Borobudur Temple and Prambanan Temple.
- For Multiday tour the customer is required to complete and submit the booking form no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled departure (H-2). Failure to comply with this requirement shall result in the automatic cancellation of the booking, and the Customer shall not be entitled to any reinstatement, refund, or compensation.
- For Day tour the s required to complete and submit the booking form no later than 10 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Failure to comply with this requirement shall result in the automatic cancellation of the booking, and the customer shall not be entitled to any reinstatement, refund, or compensation.
Privacy Statement
- YKExplore respects and protects the privacy of all clients/participants.
- Any personal information provided, including booking details and accommodation confirmations, will be used solely for the purpose of securing reservations and ensuring travel arrangements.
- YKExplore does not share, sell, or disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law or for operational necessity (e.g., providing participant lists to local authorities or tourism operators).
