From Bali: 3D2N Mount Bromo and Ijen Volcano Group Tour with Yogyakarta or Surabaya Drop-off

Embark on a 3-day overland adventure from Bali to East Java and explore two of Indonesia’s most breathtaking natural wonders — Mount Bromo and Ijen Volcano. This small-group tour is designed for adventurous travelers seeking to witness Java’s iconic sunrise views, mystical landscapes, and the world-famous blue fire phenomenon.

Start your journey with a hotel pick-up in Bali(Ubud, Denpasar, or Kuta) and travel comfortably by ferry to East Java. Spend your first night near Mount Bromo, and rise early the next morning for the legendary Bromo sunrise experience. Travel by 4WD jeep to the viewpoint at Mount Penanjakan, where the sun rises over a sea of clouds, illuminating Mount Bromo, Mount Batok, and Mount Semeru in golden hues. Continue your adventure across the Sea of Sand, then hike to the Bromo crater rim for an unforgettable volcanic view.

After breakfast, continue to the Ijen area and rest before your midnight trek. Early on the final day, hike to Ijen Crater to witness the natural blue fire phenomenon — a rare sight found in only a few places on Earth. As daylight breaks, marvel at the stunning turquoise acid lake surrounded by rugged volcanic cliffs.

After the hike, enjoy breakfast before continuing your overland journey with drop-off options in Yogyakarta or Surabaya, depending on your next destination.
