Borobudur and Prambanan Ticket Booking Information

1. Borobudur Prambanan  Temple Skip-the-line Ticket Pricing:
   

• Foreigner Adult (10-99 years old): IDR 850,000/person
• Foreigner Child (3-10 years old): IDR 565.000/person
• Infant (0-3 years old): Free of charge
• Foreigner Student: IDR 710.000/person
• KITAS/KTP Holders: IDR 200.000/person
  

 2. Payment Instructions:

• Payment can be made using card, Visa, Mastercard and JCB are accepted.

 3. Age Verification:

• Age will be verified at the ticket counter. Please bring a valid ID or passport for verification purposes.

 5. Student Validation:

• Foreign students are required to present a valid student ID card or e-card for verification. Failure to present a valid student card will result in the ticket being invalid without a refund.
• Foreign students must upload a photo of their student ID card in the provided form during the purchase process.

 6. KITAS and KTP Holders:

• KITAS and KTP holders must present their valid cards or e-card at the ticket counter to avail of the discounted price.
• KITAS and KTP holders are required to upload a photo of their valid card in the provided form during the purchase process.

 7. Infants:

• Infants aged 0-2 years are admitted free of charge if seated on a parent's lap. If a separate seat is required, an additional IDR 150,000 will be charged.
• Infants can receive free tickets for both temples and free transportation if seated on a parent's lap.

 8. General Conduct:

• All visitors must adhere to the venue's rules and regulations. Any misconduct may result in expulsion from the venue without a refund.

Terms and Condition For Borobudur Pramabanan Ticket Booking

By purchasing a ticket through our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Rescheduling or Refunds
   All ticket bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket has been issued, it cannot be rescheduled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Ticket Ownership
   Tickets are purchased on behalf of the customer. We act solely as an arranging party for Borobudur and Prambanan temple tickets. The ticket is the property of the customer once issued. You retain full rights to use the ticket, even if you cancel the tour with us.
3. Tour Cancellation Policy
   In the event you cancel your tour, please note that tickets remain non-refundable. Ticket fees will not be reimbursed, regardless of tour status. The ticket remains valid for the reserved time slot and can still be used by customer.
4. Limited Daily Quota
   We collect and secure your ticket booking in advance due to a limited daily quota for Borobudur and Prambanan temple entry. Only 1,200 visitors per day are allowed to climb up the Temple, so early booking is highly recommended.
5. Personal Data Requirement
   Ticket booking must match your personal data (name, ID/passport number, etc.) exactly as required by the official system. Inaccurate or mismatched data may result in denied entry, You can read about our privacy  data collection here
6. Ticket Confirmation & Entry Process
   Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a copy of your ticket as proof of booking. We will arrange everything for a smooth entry process, so you won’t need to queue during the official ticket validation.
